To start cooperation, you need to register on the Stat.VIN website, complete your personal information page, generate an invoice in your account, and pay the refundable deposit by bank transfer to our US company account. The deposit is required to begin cooperation, can be applied toward future vehicle invoices, and will be refunded if we do not start working together.
You can track all key information in your Stat.VIN account. This includes purchased and delivered vehicles, invoices, balance history, deposit-related payments, delivery cost calculation tools, and price lists. There is also a separate tracking service that can be used by both you and your clients to follow delivery progress more conveniently.
Yes, insurance can be arranged for vehicle transportation. While damage during delivery is not common, it can happen as part of standard logistics operations. We always work to minimize these risks, and if damage occurs, you can submit a compensation claim. Claims are usually reviewed within 14 to 30 days, after which a decision is made based on the details of the case.
